About Us Hello. My name is Tiffany Mays. I am the Director and Preschool educator at Covenant Child Care. I am the mother of 3, ages 10, 3, and 3.  I have been working with children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities for over 12 years.  I am educated in behavioral therapy techniques as well as child psychology and behavior.  I recently left the field to come and work with my mom, Rita and sister, Lynn in developing not only a daycare program, but a program with a Christian-based accelerated curriculum.

I believe that all children deserve love, attention, and nurturing, as well as a safe environment to allow them to explore and grow.  At Covenant Child Care, we allow children to have hands-on learning experiences. This fosters age appropriate development.  We believe that positive reinforcement is important for children to develop self-esteem. Children need an environment that supports free expression and stimulates learning. Most importantly, however, we believe that children need to have fun! At Covenant Child Care, we have  parties, field trips, movie days, and play lots of exciting games. Children learn best from experiencing the world around them. Covenant Child Care limits TV to just one movie per week, or 30 minutes per day.

At Covenant Child Care we recognize that you have a difficult schedule and support parents the best we can. We offer drop-in care and early drop-off and late pick-up so that your schedule can be accommodated. We recognize the importance of work, and the stress and demands placed on parents. We strive to make it easier on parents by giving them the comfort of knowing that their children are in good hands.  We are a resourceful center, so feel free to speak with someone on any personal or family issues that may affect you or your child.  We are always here to help.
